Sandpiper (22 St Piran's Close) is an ABI Sunrise caravan, 36ft long by 12ft wide, with three bedrooms, panel heating and a gas fire. Outside there is a large end plot with patio, wooden picnic bench, tarmac parking space and outside tap.

Situated in a central location on park, near to the path to the beach, shops, restaurants, swimming pools and entertainment complex.

2024 Updates -

NEW side decking 24ft x 8ft - fitting date tbc

New kettle, microwave and toaster.
New table top freezer for the kitchen.
New over sink cupboard, blind and some decorating in the shower room.
Main bedroom redecoration with a feature wall and new stool for the dressing table.
New stools for the dining table.
New blinds in kitchen, shower room and bedroom.

NEW TV in the lounge. Brand new bedroom curtains and carpets. Kitchen under cupboard lighting. Repainted picnic bench.

Keys collected and returned to the key safe located at the caravan.

How To Book:
Contact us with the dates (Sat-Sat) and party details.
Pay the £150 deposit (p/w) by bank transfer if the arrival date is more than six weeks away (non-refundable if guests cancel).
The remaining balance will be payable six weeks before arriving and then the extra refundable £150 Key & Damage Deposit one week before arrival.
Receive the receipt, booking form and directions by email or post.
